Terms & Conditions of Sale
The framework within which we work together — clear, concise and compliant with French consumer law.
2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on acboiseries.fr by private and professional customers. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
3. Products and services
Our products are mouldings, cornices, picture rails, medallions and other woodwork elements made of solid wood (oak, pine, ash, walnut). As each piece is bespoke or produced in small batches, natural variations in tone and grain may occur and are the very hallmark of craftsmanship.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery costs. Payment is made online by bank card, transfer or any other means specified on the site. The order is confirmed once payment is received.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the nature of the pieces ordered and their degree of customization. For bespoke pieces, a precise lead time is communicated after the survey is validated.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, with the exception of bespoke products, which are expressly excluded.
7. Warranties
AC Boiseries warrants its products against any material or manufacturing defect for two years from delivery, under the conditions set out in the French Consumer Code.
8. Personal data
Data collected when placing an order or requesting a quote is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have a right of access, rectification and deletion, which you may exercise by email at acboiseries@gmail.com.
