Terms & Conditions of Sale
The framework within which we work together: clear, concise and compliant with the French Consumer Code.
2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on acboiseries.com by private and professional customers. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
3. Products and services
Our products are mouldings, dado rails, medallions and other woodwork elements made of solid wood; the species offered for each piece are shown on its product page. Catalogue pieces are made in small batches, bespoke pieces to order, by quote. Solid wood shows natural variations in tone and grain, which give each piece its character.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are quoted by the workshop according to the volume of the pieces and the delivery address, and communicated to the customer before any payment. Payment is made online by bank card, transfer or any other means specified on the site, through the secure payment link sent once the workshop has validated the order. The order is binding once payment is received.
5. Delivery
Delivery costs and method are quoted by the workshop and included in the payment link. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the nature of the pieces ordered and their degree of customisation. For bespoke pieces, a precise lead time is communicated after the survey is validated.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, with the exception of bespoke products, which are expressly excluded.
7. Warranties
AC Boiseries warrants its products against any material or manufacturing defect for two years from delivery, under the conditions set out in the French Consumer Code.
8. Personal data
Data collected in connection with an order or a quote request is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have a right of access, rectification and erasure, which you can exercise by emailing contact@acboiseries.com.
